Surfing Lessons
Why choose Jaco Beach among Costa Rica´s beaches?
Jaco is a small beach break with fun left and right peaks, you can surf almost the entire beach. It tends to close out when the waves are over head-high, or during dead low tide. Jaco has a perfect wave for beginners.
Jaco Beach location is perfect, it is just 1 ½ hour from the airport. You can get off the plane and be surfing the same day!!!
Another plus for Jaco are the nearby beaches, you can catch the good waves in the morning and then go to Hermosa Beach, Esterillos or Escondida in the afternoon.
SURF LESSONS
Need a surfing lesson? We work with several local instructors that are CPR certified.
Many of the instructors were former lifeguard and semi-professional surfers. We can arrange private lessons or group classes. If you are interested in getting a surf lesson please give us advance notice to meet your needs.
